R-CNC - Parametric mount

Based on my first OpenScad design, adapted for be parametric (48mm Dremel mount and 72mm mount render tested)

need to be turned upside-down if you don't want to use supports

Don't be shy on the Infill, it should be strong (50% was ok for my original dremel 48mm)
