These launch lugs were designed for the Enerjet 1340/20 model rocket designed in 1972 by the Enerjet corporation. It was featured in the fourth edition of the "Handbook of Model Rocketry" by G. Harry Stine.

The upper lug is glued to the payload by of the rocket. The lower lug with standoff fits over the launch lug integrated with the fin can.
