ramps case RAMPS Enclosure re-arm WT-LC

This is an updated faceplate for the WT-LC 80mm Fan Latching Case for Re-ARM + RAMPS 1.6. The only change is a larger opening for the microSD card slot. This is not yet tested.

STP file included for easy remixing.
