Whistle Tracker Attachment

The [Whistle Pet Tracker](https://www.whistle.com/) has a new collar attachment that looks like it will hold much better, but its included clips don't work well with thick collars. I made this to give you another 1.5mm of clearance for thicker collars.

I printed with Shapeways in Black Versitle Plastic and it fit with no adjustments needed.
