DiA Tiny Whing V2 40 2S

My new version of [Tiny Whing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3646155) designed to be built on [FliteTest 5mm water resistant foam board](https://store.flitetest.com/flite-test-waterresistant-foam-board-by-adams-25-pack-flt-2050/p674259). Much easier and faster to build, no carbon fibre spars needed.

I also made it a 2S version. So here will be a part list for the 2S build.
