Ender 3 5-Point Bed Leveling and Test Print

This is my spin on a Ender 3 bed-leveling routine and test print.

I appended the gcode by elmerohueso to better suit my needs.

With this file the printer will stop at all 4 corners as well as in the middle and repeat those steps a second time for leveling. Push the button to proceed to the next point.

After that the printer will pull up the Z-axis a little and start to heat the bed follwed by the extruder. That way you are able to clean off the bed and wipe of the nozzle.
