38mm Rocket 3 Hole Drill Guide

This is a drill guide for drilling 3 evenly spaced holes around a 38mm Madcow carbon tube or thick-wall fiberglass tube (1.65" diameter). Holes are 1/16" diameter pilot holes for either 2-56 or 4-40 threaded hole. You'll have to enlarge the pilot hole for 4-40 before threading.
