Bad Idea for a Winch (for 1" Webbing)

This was a very bad idea that snowballed.
It works, but how strong can it be?
Use a 3/8 driver on an electric driver to turn the crank.
Note: There is a long bolt in the axle that i had laying around. So no model for that.

Bearings are 608z skateboard bearings (cheaper by the 100).
