Anytone HT knobs v3

These are knurled knobs for the Anytone AT-D868UV/AT-D878UV handheld transceivers.

They may work on other Chinese radios.

This is a remix of the Baofeng skull knob by copytab. I liked the skulls but when I printed two skull knobs I found that they rubbed against each other. This remix removes the skulls and adds an indicator for the shorter volume knob and skirts for both knobs so the control posts don't show.
