I printed at 0.2mm for a smoother look but it may not be necessary.

Update 2020-01-12:

I've adjusted the spacing in the tensioner and the screw so that it will fit the stock Wanhao bearing and you can easily get it in place.

NOTE: You will need a longer GT2 belt in order to allow space for tightening/loosening the tension. The stock belt is too short.
