CR-10S 4&5 / Ender Blower (by Luckyman) with accessories

I'm a big fan of this blower and it had a few accessories that made it even better: the cable manager by Rosch8 and my ABL sensor mounts by myself. Therefore I decided to put them all in one place to make it easy to print it all in one go.

In addition, I have modified the cable manager and blower so it can be screwed to the top of the blower, rather then glue it.
