Prusa MK3 Bear +4.5mm Z-Top for Bondtech Extruder

After assembling the Bear Prusa i3 MK3S + Bondtech Extruder (which is a nice kit BTW), my XYZ calibration had a difficult time getting the Z-Distance correct. The pinda probe would bump into the bed, and could not be adjusted to the height listed in Prusa's manual and successfully pass calibration.
