Offset hinge pin blocks for Gene Caffe coffee roaster cover: updated 10/7/2020

edit: 10/7/2020 - added updated STL's that improves upon the pin blocks robustness. I found that the prior design, when stressed, will tend to loosen or even break due to bending at its weakest point. This update buttresses those weak areas with plenty of support, providing much improved performance under stress.

Not expecting many will have this identical need, but if you have a Gene Caffe coffee roaster and your cover refuses to stay in place, then perhaps this may work for you.
