garden tools hangers: shovel, rake, axe, broom, hand tools

It seems like all modern tools have "oversized" handles, so they don't fit in commerical tool organizers. So I designed my own.

Included various versions and scad files. Almost every tool has a unique design because that's what we can do with 3D printing.
