TTGO-TM-ESP32 TM V1.0 case

Here goes my housing for following ESP32 display module from LilyGo.
I love those display modules and had to have a case for it.
This case is for the 4(!) button version of the display.

This one comes with 4MB RAM but requires a manual Pin0 to Gnd for flashing via USB.
