Anycubic Kossel E3D v6 + 5015 Blower assembly

Just a remix of the original one for a 5015 blower + cable holder. Still testing tolerances.

The blower_to_hole adaptor must be glued and best and easyest print orientation is:
- Part2 Blower face laying
- Part3 inner face laying

2-3 perimeters, more than 25% infill, supports above 50º from build platform.
