Fanatec F1 Wheel Encoder Fix

This is just a little fix I did for the encoders on the F1 wheels that Fanatec makes (currently a 2018 & 2019 model). This just makes them a littler harder to turn. You'll need a oring, super glue and maybe some grease.

I used .4 for print and it worked but I would recommend .2
