Samsung Dryer: Tension pulley

I made this part to fix a design flaw with the Samsung / Whirlpool dryer. It s a replacement pulley for the tensioner. The original design is horrible for long term use. My design is to replace the bushing pulley with a bearing pulley.

Required:

-2x 6201 2RSC3 bearings about 12$ CAD
-some machining to reduce the shaft to 12mm.

I could have done it with a 15 mm bearing but I didn't want to make 1 mm bushings.
