Shotgun Beer Thumb Key

This is a remix of the [Shotgun Beer Thumb Key](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2195104). I updated the model to add a small divot in the top of the spike to begin venting the can as soon as it's punctured, rather than needing to remove the spike first. I also added a small hole in the ring to allow for the key to be tied to the [Beer can shotgun funnel](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3321678). The ring is also sized appropriately to allow it to slide down the spout of the funnel for easy s
