Wade's Geared Extruder For Huxley

I've been having a lot of trouble getting the bowden cable to work on my Mini Mendel Huxley, so I thought I'd try to make a carriage-mounted extruder. It's untested, but I think the mini mendel can handle it, if your x motor isn't too low-torque. My oversized Mini Mendel Huxley has plenty of room for it, but even the regular one should have at least enough height left to make all of the mendel parts.
