Ender 3 Ball Bearing Filament Roller Easy Print + Source

Remix of HugoHuge and mjoaris's Filament Holders to be easier to print, compatible with smaller spool diameters, and capture the required 608 bearings so the roller doesn't fall out.

Best printed at above 20% infill and 3 or more perimeters/walls.

I got rid of the majority of support requirements aside from the threaded end and the nut threads; just use tree supports or lines so they break away easy.

I was a bit worried over removing half of the holder material from the previous design
