I needed a cover for my PowerPort Qi Charger, because the LEDs are to bright for the bedroom.

The cover has a inner diameter of 68.5 mm and outer 69.5 mm. The bottom hole is 58 mm wide and the USB cut out is 11 mm wide and 6 mm high.

It fits tightly and the LEDs are nearly invisible.
