Customisable Condition Marker

###This is a thing I made from scratch based on thelukec's design, including this font that I designed and created specificially to be 3D printer friendly

[thelukec](https://www.thingiverse.com/thelukec/about) made some fantastic tabletop condition markers, I saw them on Critical Role, found his, and got printing. They're great. I liked the idea of creating my own, so I got to it and, well, here we are now.
