BMG Direct Drive with ABL, BL Touch for E3D Volcano

This is a remix of Capcitor's CR10 CR10S BMG Direct Drive with ABL, BL Touch CR 10S4 CR 10S5

Quickly extended the fan duct neck for E3D volcano heater block. I probably messed up the measurement so my first try was 2mm short. This is the second try and I have not tested it yet because I accidentally broke my 30x30 fan :(

BTW, Capacitor's mounting plate works for Ender 3 as well.
