Prusa Extruder Rotation Visualizer Turbine

I remixed it for my Prusa MK3s as follows:

Reduced the diameter to +/- 40mm
Trimmed the height to +/- 10mm
Recessed a small hole to make it easier to glue in a 8mm x 3mm magnet to use to attach it to the extruder.
