Wanhao i3 / Maker Select V2 MKS Gen 1.4 Adapter

This is an adapter to mount the MKS Gen V1.4 board into the original Wanhao Duplicator i3 control box. It also has mounting points for a MOSFET with 52mmx42mm hole spacing such as the [BIQU](https://www.amazon.com/BIQU-Power-Module-Expansion-Printer/dp/B01HEQVQAK).
