SW-X1 BLTouch mount for the SVD3D BMG conversion kit

This is a mount to put a BLTouch on Joel Nicklasson's newest version of his Sidewinder BMG conversion kit.

I found it was going to be difficult to print if I add the BLTouch mount to Joel's new BMG version, so I decided to just make a bracket to accomplish it.

This uses Steve Wagg's BLTouch mount slider, I have included that file here also.

I would suggest printing in the orientation and with supports as shown in my attached picture.
