SMA antenna mount for the Catalyst Machineworks Slam Nasty (all versions). It is very similar to CMW's mount, minus the provisions for RX antennas (I run a TBS Crossfire XF-Race antenna mounted to a FlipStick with this mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3784965).

Use TPU or similar flexible filament.
