Steampunk Dwarf personal Harpoon

A friend found only a single light skyhook bit in the AoS steam dwarf infantry box. I made an alternative bit for him in Fusion 360, which worked out much better than I expected. However, there are no other suitable arms in the box and I failed at making arms to hold the harpoon.

I guess having the bit is better than not having it, but it would be really nice if someone would rig up some arms holding the weapon, which would fit around the dwarf torso.
