CNC Collet Loader - For 6 mm bit with 30mm Tool Stick Out

Load your CNC spindle collet with a known tool stick out to match your cutting program.

This is for a 6mm end mill with a tool stick out of 30mm.

Add the end mill to the loader, make sure it hits the bottom. Then put the end mill into the collet and tighten. Once the collet has a good grip on the end mill the loader will come off without moving the end mill from the desired tool stick out length.
