Hope Pro 4 Seal Installation Tool

This is an installation tool for Hope Pro 4 rear rubs (emulates the HOPE HTT1003-06 PRO 4 Seal Tool). I converted my old mountain bike from quick release axles to thru-bolt axles and purchased new hubs, along with the conversion caps.
