Anet E12: Adjustable Z-endstop plate

The original design is from MrCrankyface. I liked it, but i doesn't liked the idea to throw the original part away, because it looks much more solid. So I modified his design to keep the original part too.

Additional I have remixed this design from Landies for a bigger srcew head. Due to some license stuff I am not allowed to publish this one. But his one will work fine too.
