This is a screw locked clip for the filament guide initially found here : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2917932/files.

This clip is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3605755 which unfortunately doesn't align with the screw hole.

It's better to print the horizontal version with support for maximum resistance once mounted.
