BLV mod - Modded X support for anti-backlash nut

I couldn't find a good support for the most common anti-backlash nuts that are available for sale. The stock support from Ben's BLV mod was modified to allow a 13mm hole for the spring and also a recess of 2mm so that the nut with 22mm diameter and 4mm height has a snug fit with the support.
