SteamPunk Ender 3 Reel Holder - 26mm diameter

NOTE: This is a remix of my thing:3789632, to add a SteamPunk flavour to my Ender 3.
I tried to just add the gear and photos to that thing, but could not get Thingiverse to display the pictures. I decided to work around that issue by creating this as a new thing.

The gear is primarily decorative, but it is also quick anjd easy to spin the gear to confirm that the filament spool is loose and free to turn, after tightening the cap nut.
