Root Mount for Kress (AMB) Mafell Suhner style Spindles

This is a remix of the Kress mount. I split it in two parts and made it higher to increase rigidity. The two parts are connected by M4 screws and trapped nuts. Otherwise the assembly would have been tricky for me.

I also changed to way the M3 screws of the Lead Screw Nut are fastened. In my design at least two are fixed with M3 nuts the can be held with a compressorium are pliers which screwing them tight
