41mm Hyperfire/Regulator cage

Basically just a 41mm Daybreak cage for the Regulator/Hyperfire that looks a little nicer and has improved dart entry. This has not been tested (8/24/2019). Just based off what fits in the Regulator shell. Should work in Hyperfire. Feel free to test this
