Multifix-A-Holder for 2 Tools

Inspired by the original Multifix holder by Suzaru87, I have doubled this to be able to mount two tool holders at the same time. In addition, I had to adjust the holder by 1mm, so that it fits my Multifix holders (Multifix size A - HBM Machines)
