I have an Umarex Air Rifle that is a Licensed Replica of the Ruger 10/22. Since the barrel is so small (.177 caliber), the rifle-rods I use for my gun safe (example in link below) do not fit down the barrel as designed. I saw this previously created Ruger 10/22 cap, and remixed it so that a rifle rod could fit down in it. I will trim the rod and glue a cap at the bottom to prevent the 3D printed part from sliding off every time. Works great!
