This is holder for tools, tweezers and nozzles for soldering station (Set #3 from this item https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32879815225.html). You need three M4 nuts and five M4 screws (length is 10mm, probably, don't remember) for installation. If holes for nuts are smaller then nuts you may put a nut on the hole and press down with hot soldering iron (t=300C) and the nut slowly enter in the hole. If holes are bigger you may install a nut with some drops of glue.
