"Parametric" knife sheath (Sabatier profile)

I liked @Bikecyclist's parametric knife sheath, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2893654 -- especially its cutouts for visibility and cleaning -- but I wanted to more accurately follow the profile of the blade. Unfortunately, the Customizer isn't going to let you enter an arbitrarily long matrix of measurements, so if you want something other than a sheath for a 8" Sabatier Chef's Knife, you'll need to do edit the OpenSCAD file as described below.
