This is an adjusted rear shackle mount that the lower leaf mount has been moved toward the back of the truck by a few MM to keep the rear shackles from locking up under full articulation. The holes may need to be cleaned out with the proper size drill bit to fit properly without any issues.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
