Was looking for something like this, but didn't find one, so I drew it and decided to upload it.
default size is 100mm x 125mm, but can be scaled to whatever size is needed.
The one in the picture is 75x100
Print in vase mode or spiral mode depending on your slicer.
Printed fine at 0.2 layers and 40mm/s, but your printer may vary.
