Meter box lock shaft

This was designed to replace a failed lock shaft in an external UK gas meter box.
As it's a fairly simple design, and there are lots of different meter box designs, I decided to make it customisable.
It is designed to have an M3 bolt running almost the length of the part as reinforcement and to retain the locking pawl of the meter box. The internal bore is designed with clearance for an unthreaded screw shaft it the open end.
The STL provided is rendered using the default settings.
