Top Bottle Fruits stopper - drink - multithread

I love to drink water mixed with infused lemon and minth leaves.
The issue is I had to put my fingers at the top of the bottle or take care not to have leaves and lemon to come out from the bottle.
So I wanted to have something able to stop fruits and leaves to jump in my glass from my bottle.

And this is done now ! thanks to this 4 parts tool.
