Wanting to use 3mm filament for my Toolchanger the only way is to find a way to mount a groove mount hotend.
Designed this Hotend Bracket that can hold a standard groove mount (12mm dia, 6mm height). All screws are M3, with the main holes for mounting to the Tool plate and fixing the hotend being designed for M3 x4 brass threaded inserts (4.2mm dia), while the two holes for holding the cable holder are to be thread cut directly in the plastic.
Tested for fit, printed in CF reinforced Nylo
