CR-10 Filament and Cable guide

Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2719109, but designed to accommodate longer arm of the aluminum extruder, and designed to slide into place. Tap the hole for the pneumatic fitting with an M8 tap, or heat the end of the fitting briefly with a soldering iron to allow it to soften the plastic to conform to the threads of the pneumatic fitting. You may be able to use the stock screws that hold the x gantry in place, or use slightly longer (12-16 mm) M3 screws.
