10-turn 25mm Potentiometer Knob

Compound planetary gears with 11:1 ratio to achieve 10 full turns from a standard (almost) single turn potentiometer. Shown with 18mm guitar pot. The cap is glued on, either to outer ring or to the central gear for a slowly rotating dial.

Clearances of your printer will need to be dialled in quite accurately. The smaller hole should bind on the knurled shaft (the bit that turns) while the larger hole of the removable gear should allow tightly threading onto mounting shaft of the potentiometer
