I like Infernex87's case a lot, but couldn't get the buttons to work, so just put in holes. also expanded the hole at the bottom because I was having trouble getting to it. I found it to be fine in PLA if I add 1% to the width. It's a nice tight fit. good as long as you never need to take it off.
