Filament holder setup for Prusa MMU2S / Lack

Simple PTFE-holder/ filament guide for Prusa MMU2S without the filament buffer which is p.i.t.a to use.
I use spool holders from https://blog.prusaprinters.org/mmu2s-printer-enclosure/ but ditched the filament buffer using the lack plate as the buffer as such. As I had a hole on the lack from times of pre-MMU, I designed a filament guide that fits into that hole.
